Tristan Sedita, CPA

I was born & raised in Fort Worth, Texas, by a hardworking single mother to three rambunctious boys. My core values were shaped by a close-knit, working-class community that believed in showing up for one another. My wife, Victoria, and I moved to Princeton, Texas, in 2022 with our two dogs, Moo-Moo and Mr. Fox. We welcomed our first child, Scarlett, in 2024.

I earned both my BBA in Accounting and MS in Taxation from the University of North Texas. I began my career at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C. in Dallas, where I spent six years before transitioning into private industry with a large electrical wholesale distributor in the Corporate Tax Department. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients in a broad range of industries, primarily in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Construction & Private Equity space. I have a deep passion for continuous learning and helping clients navigate the turbulent waters of the tax code with confidence and clarity.  

My hobbies include spending time with family and friends, church, working out and traveling down to “Death Valley” in Baton Rouge to cheer on LSU Football, Geaux Tigers!
