Our Story

Originally established as Patrick L. Murray, P.C. in 1986 by Pat Murray, a life-long McKinney resident and Baylor University graduate, the firm grew a reputation of providing exceptional client service over the years.

Karen Mensch began her career with the firm in 1997 and was welcomed as a partner by Pat Murray in 2010.  The firm experienced a loss in June 2015 with Pat’s passing after his courageous battle with cancer.

In 2015, Karen Mensch took over full ownership of Murray & Mensch, P.C.  Karen welcomed Graham Brooks as a co-owner in 2023.  Effective January 1, 2024 the firm name changed to Murray, Mensch & Brooks, P.C.

Graham became full owner of MMB on January 1, 2025, and Karen retired on December 31, 2025.

Remaining true to Pat’s commitment to Professionalism with Christian Care and Concern for People, our team at Murray, Mensch & Brooks continues to provide the excellent service clients expect from our firm.
